Jason Hausman & The Shallow Sea

Overview

Jason Hausman is a composer for film, television and art installations based in Charlotte, NC. For more than 20 years at his studio Hot Sakē, Jason has been creating award-winning music and sound design for hundreds of clients including NASA, Harley-Davidson, PBS, Sony Pictures, Paramount, and Discovery. Hausman is the composer for Blumenthal Arts CIAF scores for Man, Sky of Bubbles and Gaia, and has produced projects featuring artists such as Maria Howell, Steve Rothery (Marillion) and seminal rap artist Snoop Dogg. Hausman’s music is infused with hints of rock, trip-hop, ambient and classical stylings fueled by his band The Shallow Sea (Troy Conn, Derel Monteith, Ron Brendle, Al Sergel).
