Overview
Get out of your mind and into your heart as you deepen your connection to yourself and Gaia. Join us for a five-week series connecting to a new element each week, culminating in a joining of the elements Saturday, November 9 at 9 a.m.
This elemental flow incorporates earth (foundation), air (the breath), fire (passion, heat and energy), and water (fluidity within transitions, fluid movements, adding the aspects of sun and moon). This energizing fluid sequence is a variation of the moon namaskars and sun namaskars to bring the elements and aspects of self into our awareness facilitating a deep connection to creation.
Each class will connect and flow with each element during fluid and thoughtfully sequenced practice that combines movement and breath. Exploring the relationship between yoga and the natural elements helps you feel energized, uplifted and inspired. This yoga style links breath with movement, from one pose to another, mixing vinyasa flow with deeper, restorative stretch postures.
