Overview

Danielle Soul is a purely natural singer-songwriter, producer and musician. With influences such as Aretha Franklin, Queen, Eva Cassidy, Bob Marley and Fleetwood Mac, it is no surprise that Danielle Soul would also embrace music which moves emotions. At the age of ten, she began playing piano by ear and several years later was professionally trained vocally. D Soul learned to express herself through songwriting and use it as a channel to escape her troubled childhood. Her transparent lyrics and delicate melodies have allowed her to become extremely vulnerable, which has ironically been paralleled throughout her life. Although she is classically trained in voice and piano and can sing in five different languages, there is pure soul inside each and every note of her music.
