Broadway Dreams, a leading non-profit performing arts training program, has kicked off its 2024 Summer Intensive Tour “Broadway Dreams Goes POP” and is ready to ROCK the Booth Playhouse at Blumenthal Arts!

Join us for a dynamic Broadway-style cabaret where Charlotte's rising stars will perform alongside their Broadway idols. The performance is the culmination of a weeklong intensive musical theater training where Broadway's top stars lead area students through a series of master classes focused on acting, singing, and dancing.

The showcase will feature work by Broadway pros like Tony Award-winner Alex Newell (Shucked, "Glee"), Otis Sallid, Warren Egypt Franklin (Hamilton), Alysha Umphress (On the Town), Nicholas Rodriguez (Company), Maxx Reed (Spider-Man), Alex Ellis (Titanique), Vincent Rodriguez II ("Crazy Ex-Girlfriend"), top casting director Peter Dunn, and composer Matthew Lee Robinson (Atlantis).
