Overview
John Paul the Great Program for the Arts presents William Shakespeare’s THE TEMPEST. Miranda and her father Prospero are stranded on an Island with the enslaved fairy Ariel and the embittered half beast, half man Caliban. A supernatural storm washes a group of Neapolitans onto their shores but it turns out that they aren’t strangers to Prospero and Miranda. Come see John Paul the Great Program for the Arts at St. Anne’s School put on Shakespeare’s last play about magic, freedom, and forgiveness. Directed and adapted by Dr. Jennifer Pierce and Saluda Camp with Original Art Direction and Video Design by St. Anne’s Visual Arts students. Choreography by Sharlie Duncan. John Paul the Great Program for the Arts provides excellence in Arts programming K3-12 at St. Anne School in Rock Hill and Fort Mill and offers a concentration in Visual, Performing, or Literary Arts for high school juniors and seniors.
