A Jazz Academy Benefit Concert
Tis’ the season to be swingin’ at the Jazz Room Holiday Edition!!! Join us for a very special evening featuring jazz renditions from some of your favorite holiday cartoon and movie classics including Dr. Seuss’s, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, Coltrane’s “My Favorite Things” (from The Sound of Music), Frosty the Snowman and much more. The evening will highlight a collection of the region’s top jazz artists, special guests, and the JAI All-Stars. This will be a holiday event for the whole family to enjoy!
This festive evening will include a catered pre-reception and complimentary heavy appetizers from notable Center City restaurants and a silent auction supporting Jazz Arts Initiative programs including the JAI Jazz Academy and student scholarship programs.
Pre-reception 5:30pm-6:30pm.
